NAESC Grasping Phenomenal Science: Scientific Argumentation (Pre-AP certification
How can engaging in Science and Engineering Practices contribute to student success? Participants will use strategies, tools, and resources to learn how to support students in developing arguments based on scientific evidence. This practice supports student success in all reporting categories of the Science ACT Aspire.
Participation in this session meets the ADE requirement for Pre-Advanced Placement Science (Pre-AP) teacher certification or recertification for middle school, junior high, or high school teachers.
Audience: Grades 3-12 teachers, Curriculum Specialists, Instructional Facilitators, Administrators.

Pre-Register by June 1 to receive a copy of the Argument Driven Inquiry book for your grade level and subject area.
