Heidi Ward, DVM, Phd, with the Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service will be presenting this Beef Quality Assurance workshop. BQA is a nationally coordinated, state implemented program that provides systematic information to US beef producers and consumers. This training will allow for each to receive BQA Certification, hands on workshop, and add valuable teaching techniques to take back to the classroom. BQA is an industry recognized certification available to students and counts in the Agriculture Programs of Study. This workshop will be presented at SAU Magnolia.
