NWAESC(2095)---TESS Recalibration/Updates



 Administrators are invited to attend a professional development opportunity discussing the TESS revisions and framework/calibration. The session will review the use of EdReflect to support teacher instructional development, how to have a reflective planning conversation with teachers after observations, as well as end of the year Ed Reflect process. In addition, there will be time for individual questions and support as needed following the presentation.
