CATCH Kids Club (CKC) is a physical activity and nutrition education program designed for elementary and middle school-aged children (K-8) and can be easily adapted into classroom curriculum. CKC is composed of nutrition education lessons and physical activities to encourage active living and healthy eating. CKC aligns with Coordinated School Health Guidelines. Staff can also be trained to conduct nutrition lessons and physical activity games with students. This will be a very active session so you will want to dress for activity.
