NWAESC(2095)---Bomb Threat Management



 The Farmington Police Department along with Farmington Public Schools is hosting a free training law enforcement and school administrators. FBI Special Agent Boamb Technician JT Coleman, along with members of the Bentonville Police Department Bomb Squad and University of Arkansas Police Department Explosives Detection K-9 Team, will be providing a two hour Bomb Threat Management class.   This class is being offered based on a rash of bomb threats both locally and nationally. Topics discussed at this class will be: Bomb Threat Management; Threat Credibility Evaluation; Evacuation Management; Search Management. As noted, participants will have an opportunity to meet and visit with members of law enforcement that would play a role in responding to a bomb threat, as well as members of the local bomb squad who would respond to suspicious items located during the course of a bomb threat search.
