OUR Art to Go



K – 12 art teachers will be building a learning community as they collaborate and share curriculum ideas, resources, instructional strategies, technology integration, and methods of assessment that align with the Fine Arts Frameworks, TESS, and CCSS. The session most closely relates to the following TESS components: 1d, 1e, 1f, 2b, 3c, 4a, and 4d. Participants will be traveling to a selection of area art classrooms and art related businesses throughout the day. Meeting place TBA.

Important Session Information: TBA. Meet at 9:00 a.m. Sandwich lunch at your cost will be ordered out or bring your own.

Session starts at 9:00 a.m. Forest Heights Elementary School in Harrison, AR  (1124 S. Tamarind St. Harrison, Ar. 72601) in the art room of Eva Brightwell.  Session ends at 3:30 p.m. at Eureka Springs High School in the High School art room of Jessica Cummings. There will be visits to artists studios as we drive towards Eureka Springs.
