Self-Care and Work-Life Balance for Administrators
This session is designed for administrators who are looking to find ways to maintain their well-being while facing the demands of being a school administrator. Topics covered include understanding why it’s important to first take care of ourselves and model self-care and balance for staff and students, how to create a school culture that supports well-being, connections to each level of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, ways to streamline the tasks of an administrator to be more effective, and designing self-care plans for individual use or for an entire faculty.
