SCSC - Preventing Power Struggles



This three-hour training is designed by Dr. Becky Bailey to discover the beliefs that create  power struggles, teach the five-step process to avoiding power struggles, and learn to apply six healing strategies.

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. All other participants including nurses and paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (the address tied to escWorks). In the event that an individual cannot attend the session for which he/she registered, it is the individual’s responsibility to cancel using his/her escWorks shoebox. Cancellations may take place up to the day before the session(s). All "no-shows" will be invoiced the full price.
