Bryant- Bryant Track/XC Coaches Inservice
This PD session will be open to all middle school and high school track and cross country coaches.
Topics covered will include: general philosophy of the Bryant cross country and track programs; general conditioning for cross country and track; techniques and drill used in the various track and field events, including demonstration and practice on the BHS track.
