This is the second day of a 3-day training during 2019-2020 for Year 2 novice teachers. Dr. Tina Boogren from Solution Tree will be facilitating all Year 2 NT sessions. Participants will implement learning topics after each session and share successes and challenges in-between sessions in digital forums. The focus of this training is to build on the concepts presented in Day 1, including how to effectively engage students and how to care for yourself as an educator. Two options are provided for this day of training and novices may attend either: Dec. 4 or Dec. 5.
The only requirement for Year 2 Novices prior to the September training date is to complete the ""Information Needed"" form which can be accessed from the district project director, from the Arch Ford Novice Teacher Site, or by emailing julie.workman@archford.org.
All domains and components of TESS will be addressed.
