New year 1 novice teachers from districts participating in the Arch Ford Mentoring System will attend a 3-day Academy throughout the 2019-2020 school year. Participants will attend one day of training in the summer, one day in fall 2019, and one day in spring 2020. Training includes the following topics: TESS, Domain Study, EdReflect functionality, writing actionable PGP goals, and classroom management. Attendance all day for each of the 3 days is expected.
All components of all TESS domains will be addressed.
