What is a Makerspace? What is a STEAM Lab? What's the difference?
In this session we will explore answers to these questions and dive into starting a Makerspace or a STEAM Lab in your school. We will brainstorm ideas on how to involve your community, as well discuss equipment you will need to begin. In the afternoon be will go through a STEAM-based Makerspace activity. We will end the day with resources and ideas you can take back and implement at your school.
