Whole group enrichment is one of the most rewarding and challenging aspects of the gifted educators' job. All students can benefit from engaging lessons that evoke creative and critical thinking. As gifted educators, we should always be striving to serve elementary students and laying a foundation for creative and divergent thinking. Participants will actively engage in developing a "toolkit" of lessons, ideas, and strategies to take with them as they plan for whole group enrichment in the coming school year. Participants are encouraged to bring great lessons to share and be prepared to highlight the great things you're doing and "steal" great ideas from your colleagues in gifted education.
If you are not under contract with the Northeast Arkansas Education Cooperative or one of our 14 member districts, you will be responsible for all fees related to this workshop. The fee for this workshop is $25. Payment is expected the day of the training unless prior arrangements have been made.
