"he focus of this session is on understanding the transition from ISSLC to PSEL standards for administrators and the new LEADS rubric. Discussion will focus on what ""effective"" looks like in a building, establishing PGP goals for leaders, and setting district/campus goals so that all are working in the same direction. Connections to Level 1 of High Reliability Schools will also be included.
