OUR SIM SLANT Strategy and Framing Routine for Grades 4-12
This workshop will include the Strategic Instruction Model (SIM) SLANT learning strategy for teaching students to fully attend and participate in class, followed by the Framing Routine for teaching students to remember main ideas and details about a key topic. This session is appropriate for teachers and interventionists in any content area. The SLANT and Framing Routine manuals will be included in the workshop fee. Lunch is also provided. Implementation support will be provided to teachers in their classrooms during the school year.
