GFESC - SERVING STUDENTS WITH MULTIPLE DISABILITIES AND DUAL SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS

Teachers, paras and related service providers working with students who have complex educational needs related to having multiple disabilities and/or sensory impairments will benefit from this exceptional training.  Instructional strategies, curricula, and adaptations will be shared that improve outcomes for students with low-incidence disabilities.  Participants will leave the training having experienced some aspects of what a sensory impairment may feel like, having exposure to low and light tech modifications and with "ready to use" literacy adaptation.

This workshop is hosted by the Easterseals Outreach Program.  For questions, please contact Dianna Griffe at 501-227-3770 or at dgriffe@eastersealsar.com.
