WDMESC: Principal PLC & Leadership Quest



High Reliability Schools Level One- We will focus on what the actual work of a principal looks like in ensuring systems are in place to support safety and the actions of high performing PLC collaborative environment.  We will discuss the different vendors for assessments.  Principals will collaborate and share the pros and cons of their current assessment vendor.  This will help prepare for the decision to stick with current assessment vendor or change when our 3 years are complete.  We will also look at how schools use the data they collect to facilitate student growth.
