SE Developing Essential Understanding of Functions (Grades 9-12)



Helping your high school students develop a robust understanding of functions requires that you understand the mathematics deeply.  This workshop fouses on the essential knowledge for teachers about functions. This will broaden and deepen your mathematical understanding of a challenging topic for students. You will learn to develop appropriate tasks, techniques, and tools for assessing students’ understanding of functions. **There is no fee for districts within the math consortium. A fee of $100.00 will be charged to your district if it is outside the consortium.
