Have you heard that LEADS in EdReflect has changed for this year? In the past, Arkansas used the 6
Standards based on ISSLCC, and now will use PSEL with 10 Standards, but organized into 4 Domains. At
the end of our collaboration time today you will have gained an understanding of these 4 Domains,
determined areas of needed growth, written two PGP goals, and established an action plan for your own
work for this next year. This will also set you up to guide your teachers through establishing teacher
PGP goals. Wow, won’t your superintendent and teachers be impressed!
