NAESC Leadership Quest Principals' PLC: Journey 1 - LEADS/EdReflect and Transition to PSEL
The focus of this session is on understanding the transition from ISSLC to PSEL standards for administrators and the new LEADS rubric. Discussion will focus on what "effective" looks like in a building, establishing PGP goals for leaders, and setting district/campus goals so that all are working in the same direction. Connections to Level 1 of High Reliability Schools will also be included.
