ARESC-2019 Beginning Administrators Quest 1: From Learner to Observer TESS/LEADS Credentialing
This will be a day-long training session in which participants will gain a basic understanding of Bloomboard/EdReflect and the TESS/LEADS Teacher/Administrator Evaluation Systems including video observations and ratings of classroom teachers. Successful completion of this portion of the training will result in the participant receiving a certificate from the AAEA and the Arkansas Department of Education, stating that they have completed the required training necessary to evaluate teachers in the State of Arkansas.
