The focus of this work session with district leadership/school leadership teams is to help identified districts review and or revise their current school improvement plans and district support plans.
Leadership teams may include the Superintendent, Building Principals, Curriculum Director, Literacy Coach/Facilitator, Federal Programs Director, or anyone the district/school would like to attend. Attendees should bring a computer, current School Level Improvement Plans, the current District Support Plan, if developed, information regarding current curriculum - including resources, information about current practices, current list of Science of Reading professional learning (know the pathway(s) your teachers are attending), 3-10th grade ACT Aspire Reading Data (approximate number of students receiving dyslexia services/interventions, number of students receiving other types of reading interventions).
