NWAESC(2246)---TALENTS: Special Education Novices PLC - Day 4



SPED novices will explore data gathering resources, data management, and classroom management resources. Attendees will review the six stages of teaching, actively reflect on classroom management and instructional strategies, fine-tune IEP goal writing and data management in preparation for testing and annual reviews. Domain 4a (Reflecting on Teaching)  High-Leverages Practices in Special Education: Cooperative Learning/Collaboration

 Guest Robin Stripling, Division of Elementary and Secondary Education,  provides guidance to local education agencies on special education curriculum development and statewide assessment guidelines. She will offer resources on developing standards-based Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and information on assessment options and accommodations.

There is NO cost for this forum. Lunch is included.
