We've received our books for High Reliability Schools and ADE, the ERZs, and our Coops have provided the overview for HRS Levels 1-3. They have provided us with an understanding of what the leading and lagging indicators are; so now what do we do? What does the actual work of the principal look like? This is not a recipe that we follow step-by-step, but it can and will look differently in every school. So, how can I make this work in "my? school? How and where do I start? How about the sharing of ideas from other principals instead of starting from scratch or "recreating the wheel"!
