Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise: How Econ, Health, and Wellness Impact You and Your Students

As teachers, we need to take care of our physical health AND our financial health in order to perform at our best. Additionally, we need to know how to share tips for being healthy, wealthy, and wise with students. This two-hour professional development will provide just that. With techniques for mindfulness in the classroom, as well as mindfulness in your own personal teaching practice, this workshop will help you get you, and your classroom, more centered. Additionally, we will discuss ways to bring health and wealth to your own life, and how to put that into practice within the classroom. Mindfulness applies to health and economics, and it has a major role in the classroom for both teachers and students as well. This workshop is for all age ranges, from kindergarten to high school, and for all subject areas. We can all learn together to to be healthy, wealthy, and wise, and how to bring that knowledge to our students.
