This session will provide an overview of what a High Reliability School is and take an in depth look at Level 1-Safe, Supportive and Collaborative Culture. We will spend time examining the eight Leading Indicators for this level as well as possible Lagging Indicators.
Time will be provided for analysis of data for schools that have completed the Level 1 Surveys.
Participants are asked to bring the professional text--Leading a High Reliability School by Marzano, Warrick, Rains, and DuFour as well as data from Level 1 Surveys if available.
