This educational activity is for school nurses and counselors to be trained in trauma informed practices, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), and medication effects and management. The forum will consist of presentations and team building exercises for each team to return to their district with a uniform mission and a plan of action for the children being served.
The requirement for registration is for one team consisting of the school nurse and school counselor of a district from the school in which they serve together.
