NWAESC(2095)---Science Assessment

What does assessment look like in the science classroom? Would you like to practice developing science assessments with support? In this session, participants will examine the requirements of science assessment tasks to elicit evidence of student understanding of the three dimensions. Teachers will revise and create assessment tasks, scoring guides, and instructional response plans to use in their classroom. In this Grasping Phenomenal Sciencce (GPS) session, revised tasks will be evaluated using the ACT Aspire performance level descriptors.
