NWAESC(2095)---Introduction to Arkansas K-12 Science Standards-Virtual Session***ZOOM***



This introductory Grasping Phenomenal Science (GPS) session is designed for any teacher or instructional leader who wants to know more about science instruction aligned with the Arkansas K-12 Science Standards. Learn how to interpret the standards for 3-dimensional teaching and learning in the classroom. High Leverage Practices (HLPs) and G.U.I.D.E. for Life skills are highlighted. Participants need to have access to a device with internet capabilities and a Google account. Participants must participate in online discussions, complete assignments, and provide evidence of the application of tools taught in this course. Limited participation per session. Zoom link will be emailed to participants three days before the start of the training. Session will be offered twice: June 15 and June 24.
