Training will include overviews of Emotional Disturbance, Trauma-Focused strategies, Collaborative Problem Solving, Applied Behavior, and Executive Functioning Skills.
The focus of this training is to provide educators with strategies that were developed and researched based on behavioral principles that have been successful when students exhibit very challenging behaviors. Participants will leave with a variety of resources and a deeper understanding of how to prepare for and respond to the students who arrive at school with years of learned maladaptive behaviors.
Zoom will be online LIVE with breakout sessions and break for lunch (11:30-12:30).
