GFESC - ServSafe Certification



ServSafe Manager is a nationally recognized food safety certification in the food service industry.  This course will include instruction on foodborne illnesses, forms of contamination, safe food handling practices, the flow of food, food safety management systems, pest management, and cleaning and sanitizing.  The test will be on Friday, July 29th in the afternoon.  A score of 75% or above will be needed to pass the test and gain the certification.  The ServSafe Manager Certification is good for five years.
