NAESC No Limits
The Special Education Unit of the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education invites educators to learn more about inclusive practices in this full-day session. This training will provide educators with tools for increasing academic achievement and post-school success for all students, especially those with disabilities. School teams will review into their school's data, explore the Universal Design for Learning principles, and delve into CEC's High Leverage Practices for Inclusive Classrooms. Superintendents and Special Education Supervisors are requested to attend with a team from each school consisting of the following staff members: building principal, counselor(s), general education teacher(s), special education teacher(s), and appropriate curriculum personnel. Attendees are asked to bring a device.
