SE Breaking Poverty Barriers



This interactive workshop will teach participants how to work effectively with students in poverty.  Participants will gain a deeper understanding of poverty, oral and print communication styles and what works for educating students in poverty.  Participants will be able to identify barriers created by poverty and how to break those barriers for the students in their schools.
