This session is designed for administrators as a review of all four domains of TESS, the 22 components, and the rubric. This would be an excellent session for beginning administrators to gain knowledge and practice for evaluating teachers, and would also be a way to re-calibrate for experienced administrators. EdReflect functionality will also be included in the session, including how to create observations, collecting and tagging evidence by component, checking PGP’s, and how to create snapshots of the rubric to attach to observations.
