This session is an overview of the framework set forth in Timothy Kanold’s book the Five Disciplines of PLC Leaders that will help you focus on five key areas to move your school forward. The first 20 participants to sign up will receive a free copy of the book at the session. Using the book as our guide, we will work through each of the five disciplines, explore the tools provided, and share successes from our own experiences.
This session will be from 8:30 - 10:30 with two shorter follow-up sessions.
