During this work session, classroom teachers will develop grade/course-specific science units that align with Arkansas State Science Standards and ACT Aspire reporting categories. Teachers should bring their grade level textbook and a laptop.
In this Grasping Phenomenal Science (GPS) session, you will work with other teachers in your grade level and/ or course to collaboratively develop your plans for the next school year. Individual teachers and grade-level teams are welcome. Day 1 of Unit Development will be June 11. Additional days for assessment (July 28/29) and lesson planning (August 3) will also be provided.
