Refining Observation Practices for Teacher Growth
This 3-hour training is for any instructional leader who wants to improve their proficiency in using the TESS rubric to help teachers grow professionally. Participants will watch Arkansas Teachers on video, collect and tag evidence, and rate the teacher in collaboration with other leaders. They will also learn the ins and outs of using video observations and gain insights in how to make time in already busy schedules to be in the classrooms of their teachers.
