AFESC--Vocabulary, Morphology Instruction in the Content Areas, Zoom



This two-day digital training will focus on vocabulary instructional strategies in the content classroom. Participants will learn how to select vocabulary and will explore word learning strategies such as Morphology and Etymology. Additional strategies will taught and applied to build vocabulary in a unit of study.

Two day digital training. 8:30-11:30 each day

This session will be via Zoom.  If possible, along with your computer, please have available paper, pen, and phone.  For the best learning experience, we ask that participants keep their cameras on and stay muted unless speaking.

Registration deadline is June 22.  Zoom link will be emailed at least 24 hours prior to the event.  Links to any digital handouts will also be emailed.
