Science of Reading – Decoding
This session is meant for those who chose a Prescribe Pathway for Proficiency that required an additional day of decoding. This training will focus on defining decoding, discussing the knowledge needed to teach decoding, as well as how to teach and assess decoding in a way that promotes permanent word storage rather than visual memory.
