This PLC meeting is for Instructional Coaches or anyone working within the realm of adult learners. This will be a problem-solving session to discuss current issues or problems as related to working with adult learners. We will rely upon the Instructional Coaching work of Jim Knight and Diane Sweeney, as well as information related to adult learning. Those who register will help set the agenda by completing a Google Form that will be sent prior to our meeting. This PLC meeting will rely upon our previous study from Unmistakable Impact by Jim Knight; The Impact Cycle by Jim Knight; and Student-Centered Coaching: The Moves by Diane Sweeney. Participants who do not have those books will be provided with copies, as these works are the foundation of our discussions.
Participants will have the option of attending Face-to-Face (if conditions allow) or via Zoom. Links will be sent to those who register.
