During the week of August 10-14, all middle school staff will participate in building leadership professional development. Professional development sessions will provide training in the following areas: School based mental Health 3 hours, Building Level Ready for Learning Plan 6 hours-Systemic Change in procedures and protocols for returning to school, Effective Parent and Community Engagement 1 hour, Technology/Blended Learning/LMS 8 hours, Professional Learning Community Collaborative Teaming 6 hours, Student Program Overview and District level leadership 2 hours (GT, ELL, SPED/ 504, Parent Engagement, Dyslexia, Homeless/Foster, ALE, Student Assessment)
