Audience: Foodservice Directors, Cafeteria Managers
This training prepares individuals to take the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam and fulfills the Arkansas Department of Health mandate for training of supervisory employees in food establishments. Participants are required to complete the entire day for credit to be awarded; the exam is given during the last two hours of the day. A choice of testing will be offered. Participants may elect for online testing for immediate scoring and test results or on paper for test results within two (2) weeks. A working lunch is scheduled as part of the agenda, so participants are encouraged to bring a lunch to training with them.
A GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDANCE AND TESTING.
Course Fee: $150 per participant; The fee covers online access to participant resources and participant textbooks. Arch Ford Co-op will bill the district.
