ServSafe® has been the industry national standard for years, training more than one million managers and employees how to receive, store, prepare and serve food safely.  For complete food safety training throughout your entire operation, managers are trained and certified through the ServSafe® Essentials course materials. After training, it is easy to conduct in-house training for your employees. There are a few changes for safety and security due to the Covid-19 epidemic.
