SCSC - Shifting to Small Group Instruction to Match the Science of Reading

In this training, K-2 R.I.S.E. Cohort 3 participants that have completed Days 1-6, will dive into the "ins and outs" of small group instruction in grades K-2. We will look at essential assessments being using in R.I.S.E. that can simplify the process of forming groups based on deficit skills. Additionally, we will focus on the progression of skills students need to become proficient readers from K-2. Participants will walk away with practical plans on how to effectively differentiate small group instruction to meet the individual needs of students.
