Participants will examine how to foster a culture of access and equity using the Effective Mathematics Teaching
Practices, further explore evidence of the STUDENT Standards for Mathematical Practice, and identify AMBITIOUS
mathematics teaching in remote and hybrid environments.
Additional Information: This will be an independent study hosted on Google Classroom. Credit for this session will not
be awarded until all components are completed, submitted, and reviewed. The deadline for submission is Thursday,
June 3, 2021. This session is a prerequisite to Revised Going Deeper with Ambitious Teaching.
