NWAESC(2095)---Book Banter: For REAL!
Participants should come to this in-person event ready to share their top 5 reads of the year. The format for book sharing is flexible. For example, formal book talk, book chat, audio, visual, or any other multimodal form of sharing such as Flipgrids or podcasts. You are also welcome to share student book talks via videos, posters, podcasts, etc., as per district privacy guidelines. We will also provide time for you to participate in a virtual presentation on the latest books and new and upcoming authors similar to the Book Stacking opportunity that NCTE offers during their annual conference. The workshop fee is $15.00, and lunch will be provided. The day will wrap up with a virtual book fair! Get those purchase orders ready!
