DSC KYYA Chocolate – A Sweet Taste of Entrepreneurship in the CTE Classroom



KYYA is passionate about chocolate and works to build relationships with farmers around the globe. Come learn about the process of founding a chocolate company and the logistics that go into manufacturing chocolate from bean to bar. You will be able sample chocolates made from cacao around the globe while you learn how the company was started to help children from orphanages in Africa. Participants will work in groups to create a new chocolate bar and learn about the economic principles that go into manufacturing chocolate. Presenter: Rick Boosey, Owner of Kyya Chololate
