This Virtual professional learning experience will allow participants to gain knowledge of required components of Transition Indicator 13, as well as evaluate a transition plan, either developed by them or one they have acquired for a student. Planned activities will provide opportunities to correct any errors found using a blank practice transition plan and to review an additional transition plan provided at the training. This is an excellent opportunity for ALL special educators involved in the development of transition plans, especially in those districts who are scheduled for monitoring in the Fall of 2021. Certificates will be provided for 1.5 hours of training.
