CRESC-- Empowering Educators- An event for Early Career Professionals in their first 3 years of teaching.
Empowering Educators- A 2 day professional development event is for Early Career Professionals in their first 3 years of teaching. The event topics will focus on essential knowledge and skills Novice Teachers need to move forward and be successful in the classroom. Sessions will also be available focusing on Mindset-promoting student GRIT and improving student's learning. Chase Mielke, a published author will share insights from his book The Burnout Cure, Learning to Love Teaching Again. Other topics will include information on Special Education, research and technology as well as mental health tips and suggestions for self care.
