DSC Self-Care for Educators: Dealing with Disillusionment
This is the 2nd session of 180 Days of Self-Care for Educators. Dealing With Disillusionment often comes during the second quarter and can be quite challenging. There may be a struggle to find balance, find time for yourself, and stay positive. In this session we will explore ways to manage time, focus on relationships (work and personal), and practice gratitude to ward off negativity that may try and creep in. Participants are welcome to join even if you did not participant in the first session.
